Translation description

This was finished back in '09, but some unforeseen circumstances occurred in November & everything was dropped. When I picked the project up again, I realized everything was already finished.

This translation aims to do everything Stardust Crusaders' version does (these were both worked on nearly the exact same time!), so there are similarities.

This patch also upgrades the mapper to MMC3.

I supposed that the v1.1 changes the "bug" when you pick a rapid gun and the tanks shoots speedly too. I beaten this version first so now I play the normal game and it looks easier. I saw simply starting to play, pick the rapid gun, fall to the water and you will see the first tank that shoot like turbo. All the other versions/hacks doesn't have this changes. I thought that the game had rank. Looks like a hardtype.
