Translation description

This is the fully translated English patch for the rare pirated NES game Titanic. It has been converted from Chinese. Game isn't the best game, but isn't the worst. I've fixed all of the broken text in the previous release. Now, the game has it's true translation from Chinese, and the character select screen has been fixed.
