Translation description

This is a patch that translates in-game texts(dialogues, menu, map names) into Korean. According to the author, it was 91% finished. Every line related to story seems to be done well, while some system texts and graphics remain untranslated or crashed. There was never a completed version.

Lunar IPS is needed to apply the patch.
