Final patch which fixes a few bug related with too much text on the same dialog box and fully translates the business game.

* Nice variable width font
* Lot of text explaining properly the story-line
* All menus redesigned with some bugs fixed
* 30% of the script re-translated to spanish directly from japanese, not english
* All text, names, magic and items translated to spanish
* Redesigned battle screen
* Special functions that detect gender and number in the hero's group to use the proper conjugated words
