Full translation to Portuguese (Brazilian) for Contra: Hard Corps.

No graphical assets were changed, except with in game dialogue characters which have received diacritical marks (e.g.: á é ó ú ç etc).

This is the 1.0 version of this translation, which has some minor stuff remaining to do, such "Select Player" panel in character selection menu and "EMERGENCY" panel in the Briefing Room.
