This translation was just created for fun, so don't expect it to be perfect.
It is about 96% complete, but there are still a few things which haven't been finished. A few lines of dialogue are untranslated, and there are some GUI items which were unable to be changed. The game has also never been entirely played or proofread by another esperantist, so some translations may be grammatically incorrect or sound awkward. But other than that, this is a fully functioning translation with the following translated:
*Nearly all dialogue in the main story.
*All moves, items, and descriptions. All the Pokédex entries for Pokémon that are actually catchable in the game are translated.
*Original Pokémon names were not used. Instead, names were esperantized based on English pronunciation.
*Trainers and gym leaders were often given original names.
All special characters were fully implemented, and all keyboards function normally. As of version 0.92, alphabetization in the Pokédex works correctly. In addition, the Pokédex has been quasi-converted back to the metric system in order to conform with Esperanto's status as an international auxiliary language. However, the conversion is somewhat imperfect.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The patch only works for Pokémon FireRed 1.0, not 1.1.
