I so wanted this to be what I was looking for in a version of Ogre Battle, but unfortunately, like a reviewer before me, the Hero Star is unattainable, making this translation a no-go. If the bugs were fixed, though, I would definitely recommend it. | |||

This translation looks and seems great. However, it will not give me the quest item HEROSTAR on stage 2. The HEROSTAR is the most important item in the game. You will miss out on so many things without it. | |||

One important difference between the US and the JAP versions is that the description menu of the tarot cards during battles is missing in the US release. In this hack the menu is shown (since the base ROM is the JAP one) and has been translated, so this translation is a must to play for me. Other helpfully features are the saving options and the adjusting of the order of units. In the other hand, this translation is better than the original one and if the title screen was translated too, this would be great. Thanks a lot. | |||
