Full translation. Variable width font in all dialogues.

Apply over the English USA ROM.

The translation aims at being somewhat beyond a straight translation and attempts to bring forth the personality of the characters a bit better than the original English translation.

The translation also includes most bugfixes provided by lory90 here: https://retrohackers.net/hack-details.php?id=4142/ It does not include the extra monsters though. This is not optional because some bugfixes are needed for the translation to work properly.
