Translation description

This patch is an addendum to the Her-Saki's translation in which the rom has to be patched first: https://retrohackers.net/translation-details.php?id=4524/

And what it does:

-Changes all references from Rockman to Megaman in the game with the exception of a screen (out of my capacity).

-With two patch options: With or without subtitle.

A hex editor, Tile Layer Pro and Mesen's PPU viewer were used.
