Translation description

Aside from a minor graphic, everything is translated and very enjoyable. Fixing this graphic isn't really an issue, it's just that satsu is L-A-Z-Y. So la.

Guys, this is the translation you want to go with. Even the elusive CD Database is completely translated. There's even two different patches in the zip, depending on whether you prefer the Japanese or American naming conventions (ie. Rockman vs. Megaman, Blues vs. Protoman, Forte vs. Bass, etc.) Absolutely beautiful.

Speaking of different patches, use RMF-E.IPS if you want the Japanese names. Use MMB-E.IPS if you want the American names. Why Capcom always has to change the names I dunno, I always thought Biohazard was a cool name for a video game.

Mega Man, Today We Finish This (Game)!Supergamerguy2020-08-01Version 1.00

Unpopular opinion here: I think Mega Man and Bass is a underrated hidden gem and a severely overlooked Mega Man title. Its definitely nowhere near being the best Mega Man game, but is still a competent effort at an action platformer. Even though this game can be rage-inducingly hard, an English patch helps to ease the frustration just a little.

Even though there isn't a whole lot of story, it is nice to know what's going on most of the time, and navigating through menus is a lot easier now as well. This makes this version of Mega Man and Bass wayyyy superior to the GBA port and means this game should get a little more positive recognition.

(And yes, I know my headline is a reference to Mega Man 8 and not Mega Man and Bass, don't patronize me :) )

Best way to play.MagicalFlyingD00d2018-11-03Version 1.00

This is the best way to play Mega Man & Bass without a doubt and without that painful screen crunch of the GBA. However, there's still some text inconsistencies that need to be fixed. 1- The Mega Buster is called "R. Buster" in the menu, I know it's Rock Buster and that it might not bother a lot of people but I always found it inconsistent and that I'll appreciate if it was fixed. 2- The Robot Master's names and Mega Man have a space between the word and Man (ie. Megaman to Mega Man, Snakeman to Snake Man, etc.) This happens with a lot of people which get confused to how spell the RB's names, anyhow. This is a great translation overall.
