Translation description

Chinese small font translation based on the Japan ROM which has a better story line than the US one. Some slight "wording improvements" are made mainly due to a more logical story and 128 total number of Chinese characters constraint. Only those Japanese characters are translated; this leaves English words unchanged. The fonts size are most 7*8 and a few 8*8 for better display effect.
