Translation description

This is an improvement patch based on axi team's Chinese translation patch.

The improvement includes:

- Translated character selection screen occupation from JP to CHS

- Improved almost all small size and some middle size Chinese fonts for better display effect. Most small fonts size are 7*8 and a few are 8*8.

- Changed a Chinese big font from "枰" to "秤"

- Changed "GO" to "FWD"

- Fixed translation error of Riki's blood type from "蟹" to "?"

- Restored Techno's logo in the opening

- Fixed rom wram/chrram/size problem to be more compatible with emulators by Zero (拒绝融化）.
