Final Fantasy IV - J2Evisceration Fix

This patch restores the removed Kain's father dialogue that was in line with the Japanese script.

It should be applied to a Japanese copy of Final Fantasy IV.

This patch looks pointless keeping in account it was created one year ago and there are many translations that restore that Kain's dialogue. Moreover, it is an addendum for another pointless patch, the "J2Evisceration", which simply delete the swearing from the patch made by the J2E group.

For those of us who prefer the SFC/SNES original, this is now the closest we can get to playing what the U.S. should have gotten in 1991. I haven't played it all the way through-just up until Kaipo-but the patch installs fine on the non-revision release and there are no overt bugs.
