Translation description

This is Indonesian patch for Disney's Goof Troop (SNES).
The part that has been translated are:
- Prologue and Cutscenes
- Option Menu
- Dialogues with NPC

I marked this as v0.9 instead of v1.0 because the graphics are still not hacked and translated yet.

Note: There's a little bug at the ending dialogue after final boss, but it's not too obvious. Will fix it later.
