Translation description

This is a full Brazilian adaptation. Certain texts were expanded, fonts were given accents, names were adapted. This patch also fixes the bricks' physics in SMB1/LL and the bros. gloves in SMB3 and in SMW's map, as well as reducing the flashing lights speed.
