Translation description

The goal of this hack is to create what should have been released by Irem at the time of its launch in the USA, based on the translation of Silver-X (https://retrohackers.net/translation-details.php?id=1466/), it contains all the extras from the Japanese version, including cutscenes and character's best color palette in addition to some changes in the American version, such as the font and background colors. It should be applied to the USA version, but it might work on the Japanese version too (untested).
