Translation description

This is a fully functional Galician transation of "Arcana", for the SNES.

Translation works from beginning to end in original hardware.

Changes related with translation:

- Title screen
- Included custom tiles for stressed vowels (included ü and ï) and the "ñ"
- Story texts
- Names and descriptions of enemies, objects, spells, etc.
- Texts of characters
- Added credit for myself, apart from Sarah Shinespark and Lukas, in the ending staff roll.
- Everything translatable, to sum up.

Changes not related with translation:

- Applied "FastROM" patch by default.
- Applied "Title Register Reset" patch by default.
- Redacted a "3 digit bonus fix" for this translation and applied by default.
- Upgraded stats of characters when introduced button combination to start in the last chapter.
