Translation description

This is a fully functional Galician transation of "Pilotwings", for the SNES.

Changes related with translation:

- Title screens (Normal and Expert)
- Included custom tiles for stressed vowels and the "ñ"
- Texts from instructors
- Pop-up texts
- Name of courses, objectives and maneuvres
- Texts in licences, but not entirely due to program structure
- Credits (respected original team)
- Credit for Galician translation (in ROM)
- Everything translatable, to sum up.
- Checksum OK
