Translation description

This patch translates Fengshen Ying Jie Zhuan (封神英杰传) from Traditional Chinese characters (繁體字) to Simplified (简体字). It was made by screenshotting a Simplified Chinese version of the font table in the SongTi and inserting the result with FEIDIAN (http://feidian.cinnamonpirate.com/).

This is for the 2.0MB ROM with CRC 6a382b60.
