Xenowhirl
Xenowhirl is a scener proficient in more than one field: not only he is a good ASM programmer, making hacks such as Sonic 1: Bouncy Edition, Sonic RetroBlaze in Sonic 2, and Sonic Genesis (Genesis), he’s probably best known for his art editing utilities, SonMapEd and RotSprite, which granted him Tech Membership and are considered very well done by the majority of the community. Last but not least, he also released the 2007 version of the Sonic 2 disassembly.
