SNES TileEditor is good a utility, like TileLayerPro, but with a major flaw; it has no arrow key functions, no scroll bar, no indicators as to where you are in the ROM and your index finger becomes numb for all that clicking the scroll arrow button. The single arrow button is whacked, it points up or down but the screen scrolls sideways. Until the author fixes this issue, I'm sure that this utility would be very useful.
