Very helpful but could really use some changesMeta_X2020-06-13Version 0.16

This has been a great help in doing simple sprite editing on GBA and DS. However where it suffers horribly is in managing palettes, which is a huge deal considering the nature of the application. The default 16-color palette that opens with each file (at least for .gba) has the same color twice which has caused me to break multiple images when I forgot to switch it, and the other 15 default palettes have terrible colors too with many being far too similar. idk if these are the defaults on the GBA console or something but in any case it needs to be easier to use other palettes. You can only import palettes from the current file (fine when editing entire ROMs but not for single images) or from external savestates (??) so you have to either select each color manually every time or copypaste the bookmarked palettes between TM's XML files. If I could customize my default palettes or import .act/.pal files then that would be immensely helpful. It would also be nice if it better remembered your preferences for window size and zoom level for new images

Great utility with an extremely questionable nameVenomrush19972020-04-20Version 0.16

It's amazing how even back in 2003 this program could open nearly anything with the right set of programming skill. Even to this day it's still unmatched by any other hacking software! Figuring out what codec combined with what mode can be a bit tricky at first, but one can easily get the hang of what goes with what.

However, there is one... glaring issue that has been around since the beginning of the project.

Why in the name of god would someone name their hacking utility "tile molester", being a pun on "child molester"? How can you say "I use a program called tile molester to make my hacks" in a normal conversation? Was the name some kind of sick joke, or did the author not understand English very well and not know what that word meant?

Overall if the name of this tool was rebranded as something else, it'd be a lot more presentable.

Useful tool for graphic editingTeeporage7772017-12-29Version 0.16

I love this tool. I like to explore editing graphics. Especially in my Super Mario Bros. hacks. This is, in my opinion, the best graphic editor so far. Though I have only tried a few. A must have tool for anyone who wants to explore graphic editing in their hacks.

I recommend this tool for all hackers. You really cant go wrong with it. Check it out and see for yourself. It is a multi format tool. Glad to have this tool when I hack my games.
