I translated this for the hell of it. The original was from 2006.
Interesting features:
Lots of console roms supported.
Compatible with W7x64.
Load a rom, view in hex-ed box.
Save a text report with offset and its pointer.
Annoying:
reports are not appended,
Takes ages to open the load rom dialogue,
Window size limitations
Bugs:
When browsing for a rom, the drives are not displayed initially. Use the "look in" dropdown.
Hex search is broken (always goes to $000000)
