This is a real neat utility for those who might want to play a new experience of "The Guardian Legend." For those who may have used M.Perry's old version, this one does a much better job of creating the worlds with more stability. This also changes some of the enemy palettes in the game as well as some of the world palettes for a different look. If you are a fan of the game, this is a utility you should definitely take a look at.
