Utility description

This tool can create the simple patches (on the basis of the original and modified files) and apply such patches to the target files.

- The interface is completely changed;
- Added ability to stop the comparison process (it is convenient if the files are large);
- Added ability to include to the patch the data for recovery to original file;
- Support fast comparison of identical files;
