Utility description

This is a simple editor for some data in Phantasy Star 4 for Genesis. For now, you can edit most of monster information and skills used both by players and enemies. In the future, I may add new features like editing characters, shops and stuff.

WARNING: Make sure you keep a backup of your game, because it can be quite easy messing up the game if you assign wrong options to the enemy AI or how skills work. Other issues may also occur, so I'm not responsible to what happens with your game. :)

EDIT: I've added the source code in case anyone wants to mess around with the editor. I'm not a coder, so it's not pretty, but I hope it's helpful to anyone who wants to make a better editor!
