This is a Zelda 2 overworld editor for Windows. It can edit the landscape, the warp spots, and the palace rocks. It also has a quick test feature that works with FCEUX.
Refer to the help guide in the program for information on more advanced topics such as cave linking, external region warps, and the hidden locations in East Hyrule.
A note on Shifted Maps and palace rocks: When you change the map, you could potentially make the palace rock locations outdated. See the help guide for more info.
v1.5 Update: Now you can choose small or large window size, and zoom 200% doesn't look ugly anymore. The help guide has also been updated.
v1.8 Update: Fixed a Quick Test bug, new feature to launch the sideview editor for a particular area, and now able to modify an area property that was previously only accessible through the binary prompt.
v1.82 Update: Fixed a palace rock bug for palace 4 in Maze Island.
