SNESTilesKitten is a tool to view/extract/inject graphics tiles from a SNES Rom file.
It allows you to use SNES address (support HiROM/LoROM) so you can use it to discover
tiles location directly from ASM trace.
You CANNOT edit directly tiles. You can export then to indexed PNG and reinject the tiles from the PNG file.
Now include a palette editor to enter manually the palette and find it in the ROM

The release is compiled for Windows, for other platforms you will have to compile it yourself.
