This tool allows the editing of all characters, all positions. Please read the README file for help/tips. It has only been tested on Street Fighter 2 Turbo (SNES).
There are some positions that do not display correctly. Some of these are projectiles, which are handled differently by the game than the character sprites. There's one Bison position that is believed to be unused because graphics could not be located that fit the position. In general, if the position looks like garbage, don't edit it.
v.2.3.0.0:
The Import function has been completed. positions can be exported, modified in a standard image editor (or perhaps pasted from another game) then imported back into the utility. Some small bug fixes as well.
