Utility description

This is an open source JavaScript port of Lunar Address, a SNES address convertor, and was made with the ReactJS framework. All settings are stored in local storage for persistence.

To develop this app, Lunar Address was reverse engineered with IDA Pro, and therefore, it should match closely with it.
