It's a good hex editor with all the features needed for basic hex based rom hacking. I found an easy fix for the only problem I had with it. On windows 10 you can only see 15 bytes per row at a time and you have to scroll left and right to see bytes 1 or 16 in the row. Also the text was low resolution. But the fix is super easy.

Right click the exe and click Properties.

Click the compatibility tab.

Then click Change high DPI settings.

In the new popup menu, click the check box under High DPI scaling override.

Now click the drop down menu and select System (Enhanced).

Click OK on the popup menu, closing it.

And finally click Apply and it's all fixed.

Now put on your favorite tunes and hex edit to your hearts content.
