This utility makes FF V hacks easier to do. The interface is clean and it doesn't corrupt ROMs.

I recommend it to everyone that wants to edit the game without too much work.

Just run as admin with the provided files. Took me forever to blindly attempt this after several errors attempted to add incompatible files to my registry. The install instructions are very much outdated.

That said, the program works flawlessly. Being able to tweak AP costs, which abilities can be learned by what class,& in which order, is amazingly useful. Great to be able to build a version of FF5 where grinding for AP and Gil becomes unnecessary, and a player can just progress normally at a reasonable level and not be deprived of useful abilities.

Even cooler, if you change up which class can equip what, the changes are actually reflected in the class selection screen. Awesome stuff!

I have been working with Final Fantasy V for about a couple weeks now trying different approaches in the cheating department and I have to say this program is awesome! It allows you to edit just about everything that is important for either cheating or creating something new. I find it nice to be able to edit the Enemies Conditions regarding their weapons. What better way to make the game easier than making the enemies heal you instead of attack you. This program has made The Neo Exdeath battle a breeze and believe me when you are young and playing this while getting your butt handed to you. It's nice to get a second chance now that I am older to fight Exdeath with no stress and just for the fun of it. However, There is one error that I keep seeing and I don't know if it's a glitch or something incomplete. When editing the magic and trying to save, a run time error appears displaying "Run Time Error 13, Type Mis-Match". But other than that. I recommend this program to anyone that wants to have some fun editing Final Fantasy V with ease and a simple interface.
