Plug-timp is a plug-in to the painting program GIMP capable of creating and editing TIM images, a format conceived by SONY to its Playstation system. Supported types: 4, 8, 16 or 24bpp; semi-transparency is also supported.

Now, you just open any TIM image, edit and save it, like any
other image on GIMP!

Can be used by both playstation hackers or playstation game developers.
