FF6MDE is an editor that, as the name implies, edits miscellaneous data in both the SNES and GBA versions of Final Fantasy VI. It currently supports editing treasure chest contents, the spells espers teach and their learn rates, the items sold in shops, and the animations used by weapons and magic.
