Utility description

PRS compression is used in numerous Sega games (ex: NiGHTS into Dreams) for the Sega Saturn and later consoles such as Dreamcast. It is based on LZ77 compression with RLE emulation and extended matches. PRS archives have the extension .prs and can contain any file type.

This archive contains a PRS compressor and decompressor.
