Utility description

This is an utility to read and extract files from 3DO disks. It works both with real CDs and with ISOs.This is a pre-release.

Known bugs:

* Fallback to ASPI (for Win9x/ME) may not work and may crash your system

* "extract all files [...]" does not support subdirectories
