First time poster. I'm new to the modding scene. I downloaded an interesting patch to a Sega game and wanted to try it out. The patch was an IPS file and I needed a utility to patch the .bin file. After a few pages of searching I came across this one. Its Java-based and run via CLI. As the creator states, its just 3 steps and your ROM is patched. I was able to successfully patch the ROM I had with zero issue. I like simple and this was very simple. It worked exactly as intended and the instructions were very clear. I don't think you can get any better than that. Definitely recommend this. | |||
