Cowabunga is a level editor for the NES game, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Cowabunga currently has the following features:

Editing for most of the levels in the game. (Technodrome boss is only uneditable
level)

Editing of various level properties, such as pattern tables used, changes in enemy
types, and a few other settings.

Great Editor, you can do a lot. Only it's desperately missing is ability to add/remove items. I can do this for enemy objects but not item objects. I can't imagine it would be that hard to add a patch that allows this...
