Utility description

The SOALEditor is a game editor for the Gamecube game Skies of Arcadia Legends.

The current version allows basic modification of Armor, Weapons, Accessories, Consumable Items, Magic, and Super Moves.

It also has a dialog editor and a texture viewer/exporter/importer.

An HTML help manual describing basic operation is included in the download package.

This tool was relatively easy to use and I enjoy it. I've created my own SOAL hack that I haven't released thanks to this tool. There's just one thing missing that would make this perfect..... an editor of the ships' weapons and equipment. If an update can be done to allow that ability, then you have the perfect editor. My thanks to the creator, and I hope he does the update for the ships weapons and equipment.
