Utility description

This is a palette editor, not an extractor/inserter. It will load palettes of types:
15-bit by 3 byte,15-bit by 2 byte, 24-bit by 3 byte, 24-bit by 4 byte, Riff headered palettes, JASC headered palettes.

And will save as:
15-bit by 2 bytes, 24-bit by 4 bytes, RIFF format, JASC format.

It also has a node tool to make simple gradients.
