Utility description

Elite's SNES debugger is a disassembler and editor from the author of SNESTool and SegaTool. Features include the ability to load two files side-by-side, disassembly of both 65c816 and SPC700 code, and Pro Action Replay code support.

Note: all ROMs must be headered, otherwise code and data will not be displayed correctly.
