Utility description

Level editor for many NES and some SEGA games:

- Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers 1 & 2
- Darkwing Duck
- Duck Tales 1 & 2
- Megaman 4 (levels 1-8)
- Tale Spin
- Little Mermaid
- Tiny Toon
- Flintstones Rescue Dino and Hoppy

Supports editing levels' forms, screens, blocks & macroblock(TSA) and placement objects, export map to TMX format (for using in own projects).

Editor also has features for exporting maps and blocks as binary files or pictures for using in homebrew projects. New features can be added by users via script files.

An editor like this is good to have with you, I can't wait for an update down the line when enemy support is added for the games that don't support enemy editing yet. Still, give it a try when you get a chance, you'll be glad you did. :)
