The first game in the Legacy of Goku trilogy by Webfoot Technologies, followed by Legacy of Goku II and Buu's Fury. This first game is rough, in more ways than one: You only get to play as Goku, most of the game is fetch quests for random people, and the difficulty is all out of whack. The sequels are seen as vastly superior games, so it's a little oddity in the series.1 Hack
